
Are you a writer or creative who is easily distracted and looking for ways to boost your productivity? I’m not a professional, I’m very much a work in progress, and I certainly don’t have all the answers. However, as an adult diagnosed with ADHD, I have experimented with a variety of tips and hacks for getting more done. These strategies have helped me to get more focused and get things done.
Do I do them all the time or all at once? No. But having a list of ways of working that improve my ability to stay focused and moved forward—particularly when I’m on a stressful deadline—is immensely helpful.
